Establishing a Fund

The Community Foundation of Mississauga offers a number of ways to support our community's well-being. We have a variety of funds available for donors to consider, each tailored to best suit your philanthropic goals and the level of involvement you might want.

Many of these funds are open funds meaning gifts may be made to certain funds by any interested donor thereby allowing even modest contributions to be joined with others' gifts for maximum charitable benefit.

As we are a registered charitable organization, donors can also choose to make an annual gift directly to the operations of the Foundation or the endowed fund which makes an annual grant to the operations of the Foundation.
